Return Policy

Items are sold as-is with no refunds. Given most items in our shop are personalized, Hashtag to Swag reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion. However, if you receive the wrong item or a damaged item our support team will do its best to help you. 

How can I change my address?

Please double-check your billing and shipping addresses prior to submitting your order.  Unfortunately, once an order is placed we cannot change the shipping address.

Can I change my order? 

Yes, you can change an order that has already been submitted unless it has the status of Being Fulfilled. Click the Change order button from your order view and edit the products and shipping options from there.

Note that changing a product within an order (e.g. altering a product's variant, size, design file, or mockup) that has the Waiting for Fulfillment status, or setting its status to On Hold, will reset the order deadline. This may result in a longer fulfillment time. However, changing a shipping address or rate will not reset the order deadline.

Wrong item received? 

Please let us know within 30 days after the product has been received at hello@hashtagtoswag.com, and we will reship the proper item. 

Damaged item received?

If you receive a damaged item, take a photo of the damaged goods and send it to our support team at hello@hashtagtoswag.com. We’ll gladly send you a replacement at no cost to you—because you deserve nothing less than the best.

Item not received? 

Please contact us within 15 days of your shipping estimate at hello@hashtagtoswag.com so we can fix the issue.
